Training for the Highly Motivated
We meet five times per year. The first meeting is a 90-minute assessment. I will check your joint architecture, breathing, movement patterns, balance and stability, upper and lower body strength, general mobility, pain, and ability to complete daily tasks. We will then discuss your longevity goals. We will meet two weeks later, and I will give you your personalized training program. We will go over all of the moves (descriptions included) to make sure you know how to do them correctly. We will then meet every three months, and I will design another three-month program for you.
Your programs will be a combination of corrective and physical exercise (depending on your goals and skill level). You will receive three to six daily workouts to be done each week. Each workout will take about 10 to 12 minutes. Keep in mind that corrective exercise “wakes up” muscles that have been dormant. Once the muscles “wake up” they remember what they are supposed to do. (See the top two pictures on the Picture/Videos Page. This woman went from being hunched over to standing straight in five weeks.)
It adds up to five sessions per year. Each session is $80. I will check in with you by phone or email once or twice a month to help with motivation.
